I REALLY looked forward to breakfast every morning. The dining area was beautiful and the food exceptional. Since breakfast was included, I did not set my expectations too high. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a waffle bar with fresh berries (the best I ever had), eggs, breads, sausage, and other meats and cheeses. Also, the view as we enjoyed our breakfast was worthy of a post card.

We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman at the front desk. The hotel is very intimate and comfortable, in a perfect location. Our junior suite was very comfortable and for our anniversary we could choose an alcoholic beverage to celebrate! The continental breakfast was delicious! At night we enjoyed the hot tub that was very quiet! Overall, we highly recommend it!

Excellent all around! Outstanding customer service. Great central location within Vail Village. Cozy hotel with a European feel. Delicious buffet breakfast served each morning. Highly recommend for a Vail getaway!

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Every morning we enjoyed a variety of delicious food. The kitchen staff was so courteous and helpful. The waffle bar was really fun for us to make our own hot waffles. One of our family members is gluten free, and while he didn't enjoy the waffles, there were so many other options for him to eat. The food was fresh and delicious!

Rooms are large and well designed. Beds are comfy. European style Breakfast is a perfect amount of food to fuel up for an active day with a daily egg entree, fresh fruits, overnight oats, yogurt, meats, cheese and pastries. The staff is lovely and the location can’t be beat. People who choose to stay here are generally friendly. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

Very nice facility, excellent staff, central location, marvelous breakfast buffet. This was my tenth staff at Austria Haus. Plan to return next year.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything from the staff, breakfast every morning, room, location, etc. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations on our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You right in the middle of Vail Village filled with energy, and right next to Gondola One to hit the slopes.
